On our 15th anniversary I think it is time to open the doors through this “new” way of communication and embrace it to be advantageous and interesting for all of us. I have an answer for every question and a question for every answer; I think that should make this really a great time if we jump in and address steam cleaners! I have lived this business for 15 years, the products, designs, uses, challenges and benefits. My name is Kathryn and I was around many years ago when we were introducing steam cleaners to the Internet with one page websites. Do you remember? We certainly have come a long way since the days when only a few of us were around, and a woman in business was nothing to be taken seriously. I was laughingly but earnestly referred to as the “Queen of Steam” by family and respected members of the community and I scoffed, but maybe it was not that far off. As the years have passed I feel a need step out again and open the doors to a line of communication that will only give honest, helpful and educational information with a twist. Let us simply create a library of steam cleaner information and cut out the sales garble in between! Our belief is “steam is simple” and it really is… We invite any question or comment and I will promise an honest knowledgeable answer, always. Refreshing thought, yet doubting? Not if you know me or our company. Challenge us and get to know us, our products and you may find even a little more than any of us expected. We have completely revamped our website to better educate and serve our customers. After many years of our old and loved website that served us well, it was time to retire it.
