I am visiting your site again to purchase some accessories, but I started reading the reviews and feel compelled to share my story.
It all started when my kids and I were, (to put is simply) being eatin alive! At least that’s what I can relate to the most. Anyway, we found out that a bird had died in our chimney and it was carrying bird mites. (I have never ever heard of these before!) Basically, they are worse that pretty much any mite there is out there and they burrow down into your skin and irritate the areas for days and days and days. They hide everywhere that is made up of fabric; carpet, rugs, couches, beds, cloths and even stuffed animals. So, feeling like there was no escape other than abandoning my own home, I had pest services come out and treat with hardly any success and I really didn’t have the budget for anything more. Then I found you guys. I was a bit sceptical because I couldn’t imagine that I could take care of this problem on my own and spent less money rather that hiring the pest guys to come out. I just figured it was a lost hope if they couldn’t take care of the problem. I took my chances anyway and bought this machine because I had no other choices and I honestly couldn’t afford spending anymore money on this problem.
I called you guys when I received the product to ask you what you thought the best way you would recommend attacking my house would be. To my suprise, the response I got was less than comforting. Your rep. told me that she couldn’t give me any expert advise in dealing with my problem. At that moment, I felt somewhat alone and sort of cheated. Though, she seemed very confident and gave me as much advise as she could base on what she has knew about bedbugs. So, I went on to steaming everything I owned – and I did this for a few days straight (like she recommended). By the end of that week, my kids and I were noticing fewer and fewer bites and now…..we aren’t being bitten anymore! I almost want to cry just writing this, because I really felt like I was losing my sanity at that time and now I have it back – Plus My Home!
I’m sorry if this seems like a sob story, but I think it might help someone else who has had the same problem. Not only did I take care of the problem on my own, but I can do it again if I ever need to and I save a ton of money.

I am happy I went with this machine! I almost bought one of the ones from the store shelves that I’ve been looking at, but I’m glad that I didn’t. This machine does way more than those from the stores!
I just finally received my product and already love to use it! However, I purchased 5 days ago and just got it. I thought it would be faster shipping than that. My friend pushed me to purchase a steam cleaner because she has one and loves it. So far it’s doing what she said and my floors have never been so squeeky clean.
I have to admit I am surprised at some the odd things I have used this on and got quite a laugh when it worked. A good investment afterall. Thanks.
